Robert J. Brownsberger, M.D.

Robert J. Brownsberger, M.D. is a 1986 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine. He completed his internship in internal medicine from the University of California, San Francisco, Fresno VA Medical Center and physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the University of Washington, School of Medicine. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Pain Medicine.

Nathan J. Campbell, D.C. is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Biochemistry and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City. He has a solid background in helping people reach their health and fitness goals and has a strong interest in sports medicine as well as prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Campbell is also a full-body Active Release Technique® (ART) credentialed provider and a certified provider of Graston Technique®.

Brian Cody graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in science. He graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Southwest Center, in 1998 with a Master’s of Science in the Physician Assistant program. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants. He is Physician Assistant-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, Inc. He is also certified in Active Release Technique. His clinical focus is pain management.

Sandra J. Cook, MSN, FNP-C, graduated as a Registered Nurse from St. Joseph College of Nursing in 1992 and went on to the University of Phoenix to obtain her American Academy of Nurse Practitioners board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2007. During her 18 years of experience, she has worked in treatment of chronic pain and palliative care, geriatrics, pediatrics, substance abuse and psychiatric disorders.

Gregory J, Hunter, M.D. is a 1986 graduate of University of Arizona College of Medicine. He completed internship at San Bernardino County Medical Center and neurology residency at Barrow Neurological Institute, St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. He is a member of the American Board of Neurology and the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine.

Barbara M. Maxwell, R.N. Ph.D.

Dr. Maxwell graduated from Glendale Community College School of Nursing. She worked for ten years as an operating room nurse with an emphasis on orthopedic and spinal surgery. During her graduate years in the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program at Arizona State University, she spent four years working with chronic pain patients, including failed back, RSD, and other chronic pain conditions. In 2000 she graduated with her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Arizona State University. Since then, Dr. Maxwell has continued to work exclusively with medical and surgical patients, providing psychological testing as well as individual therapy.

Israel Medina, PT

Israel Medina, DPT completed his Masters of Physical Therapy in 2007 at the University of Texas, El Paso. He received his Bachelor of Kinesiology at UTEP in 2004. He is certified in Active Release Technique. His experience includes in-patient rehab, orthopedics, wound care, and neurologic rehabilitation. He received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from AT Still University.

Azmi N. Nasser, D.O. graduated from Western University, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, did his internship in Internal Medicine at the Downey Regional Medical Center and completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the Loyola University Medical Center. His clinical focus is in pain management, especially musculoskeletal disorders, and electrodiagnostics (EMG/NCS).
