Kenneth W. Rabe, D.O.

Training and Education:
• Dr. Rabe is a graduate of The University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri
• He completed an ACGME accredited interventional pain fellowship through the Anesthesiology department at Wayne State University.
• His Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency was at The Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan/Wayne State University.
• He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology at The Ohio State University and completed his internship at Garden City Hospital.

Experience:
• Dr. Rabe is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners.
• He is a board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• After completion of residency, he was a staff physician at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan where he developed and wrote guidelines for patients with solid organ and bone marrow transplant patients both in the rehabilitation setting as well as acute care hospitalization.

• Dr. Rabe is a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine and International Association for the Study of Pain
• He served on the medical staff for prep football and the Extremity Games; an international extreme sporting event for amputees.
• Over several years he has spent many hours volunteering and providing care and services for the undeserved through church and charity events.
• He is the proud father of two young boys and spends the large majority of his free time golfing, hiking, and swimming, all the while being followed closely behind by two smaller versions of himself.

Dr. Azmi N. Nasser, D.O.

Training and Education:
• Dr. Nasser received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific.
• His Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency was at the Loyola University Medical Center.
• His internship was completed at the Downey Regional Medical Center.
• He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a Minor in Psychology and Spanish Literature at the University of California, San Diego

Experience:
• Dr. Nasser's clinical focus is in pain treatment, especially neurological and musculoskeletal disorders, and electro diagnostics (EMG/NCS).

Skills and Interests:
• Dr. Nasser was nominated for the Magis Star Patient Care Award at Loyola University Medical Center.
• He cared for athletes at the Palos Bank Southwest Half Marathon and the Chicago City Triathlon.
• He served on the medical staff of the Loyola University Undergraduate Volleyball and Basketball teams.
• He is a second degree black belt in Tang Soo Do and Hap Ki Do.
• He enjoys cooking, video creation and editing, digital arts and learning foreign languages.

Dr. Robert J. Brownsberger, M.D.

Training and Education:
• Dr. Brownsberger is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine.
• His Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency was completed at the University Of Washington School Of Medicine.
• He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Dayton.

Experience:
• Dr. Brownsberger is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners.
• He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; and the American Board of Pain Medicine.
• He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Pain Medicine.
• He is a former US Naval Flight Surgeon.

• He enjoys cold weather, high altitude and wilderness medicine.
• His interests include technical rock climbing/mountaineering, sailing and Nordic skiing.

Brian A. Cody, M.S., PA-C

Training and Education:
• Mr. Cody graduated from the Physician Assistant Master of Science Program at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.
• He received his undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University with a major in Science.

Experience:
• Mr. Cody has extensive experience in pain treatment and rehabilitation.

Skills and Interests:
• Mr. Cody is Physician Assistant-Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
• He is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support by the American Heart Association.
• He has volunteered with the Children's Miracle Network–Ronald McDonald House; the Peace Corps Battered Women's Shelter; the Salvation Army and the Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopedics.

Dr. Israel Medina, D.P.T.

Training and Education:
• Dr. Medina received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona.
• He received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas at El Paso.
• He received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Texas at El Paso.

Experience:
• Dr. Medina's experience includes in-patient rehabilitation, orthopedics, wound care, and neurologic rehabilitation.

Skills and Interests:
• Dr. Medina is Spine and Neck Certified in Active Release Technique (ART).
• He has done volunteer work at the Las Palmas Rehabilitation Hospital, the Eastside Rehabilitation Medicine & Pain Clinic and the YMCA.
• He is a former high school substitute teacher at the Ysleta Independent School District.

Dr. Nathan J. Campbell, D.C.

Training and Education:
• Dr. Campbell received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City.
• He received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Arizona State University.
• He is a Chiropractic Sports Physician certified through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians.

Experience:
• He has experience and is certified in the following techniques: Diversified, Thompson Drop, Sacral Blocking, Cox Flexion/Distraction, Full Spine Specific, Graston Technique, Active Release Technique and Neuromuscular Reeducation.

• Dr. Campbell is a full-body Active Release Technique® (ART) credentialed provider and a certified provider of the Graston Technique®.
